SCS Help the Children & Youth Programme

Singapore Cancer Society’s Help the Children & Youth Programme

The SCS Help the Children and Youth Programme aims to help children and youths whose lives have been affected by cancer. The programme assists children and youth who may be cancer patients themselves or whose parents are cancer patients or SCS beneficiaries.

At Singapore Cancer Society, we believe that life is precious. Statistics on this disease are startling: 35 cases of cancer diagnosed every day, and cancer remains to be the Number 1 Killer in Singapore, with 1 in 3 that dies from cancer each year.

We run to honour those we love who are battling with this disease. We run to maximise the lives of those we are running for. We run in hope to minimise the impact of cancer of those in the fight. We run, for ourselves – to declare the fight against cancer with our lifestyle for a healthier, cancer-free life.
